Meet Our Founder

A proud dual citizen of the USA and the United Kingdom, Karli McQueen serves as the founding principal and McQueen International Group. Originally from England, Karli has a background in investor relations, commercial real estate, auto import/export, global finance, and international dealmaking. Ms. McQueen has an extensive career as an entrepreneur, having started her first business in her early twenties as an importer of automobiles from the European continent to the United Kingdom, subsequently starting a tea company in the United States, and later transitioning to a successful real estate investment and management business. She now leverages her vast experience to build effective domestic and cross-border partnerships for clients. Outside of her professional life, Ms. McQueen enjoys blending the best of both British and American life. She is passionate about health and wellness and enjoys the outdoors. She is actively involved with several non-profit organizations, including Save Our Youth, The Semper Fi Fund, Empowerment International and Project CURE.
